General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
May i know your age and if you consume alcohol or do you smoke?

Right upper quadrant pain can be experienced by a post cholecystectomy patient, moreover you are suffering from hepatitis.

So maam,i suggest you to go for an ultrasonography of the whole abdomen,a liver function test, and an MRCP.

Meanwhile, you can have antispasmodics like hyoscine butylbromide or drotaverine tablets for severe discomfort.
Also add a PPI like pantoprazole-domperidone combination daily morning before breakfast.
Review with your gastroenterologist.
Take care
