What Causes Ringing And Fullness In The Ears?

Hi! I have ringing in my ears, fullness, and cracking sounds. I've been dizzy on and off for a year now. And maybe 5 times in my life i woke up for vertigo. Last night too,with puking and diarrhea. Im still very dizzy and imbalanced. How can i get back my balance?

As per your complain it seems that ringing in ears along with dizziness and fullness in ear and crackling sounds can occur due to causes like inner ear infection, perforated eardrum, Eustachian tube dysfunction, Meniere's disease,, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, severe motion sickness, Cervical spondylosis,Acoustic Neuroma etc.

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Audiometry, x Ray MRI can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..


You can be advised medicines like Tricyclic Anti-depressant like Amitryptiline, anti anxiety medication like Alprazolam, you can be advised to wear neck support straps and medical therapy with Betahistine..
Avoid sudden jerky neck movements and take sufficient rest..
White noise devices can be advised..
You can also be advised Neuromodulation..
Avoid exposure to very loud sounds and also avoid diving, swimming etc..
