Brief:
Seems that you might have got inflammation.

Detailed:

Hello,

Thanks for Writing to Health Care Magic and putting trust in us regarding your Health related query.
I am Dr. Saleha and I have read your message in detail, I understand your concern and will try to help you in this.

DNS makes the inside of nose prone to inflammation, when it inflames of gets infected then the blood vessels there get damaged and blood is lost from there so there is bleeding.

There my be some inflammation in the sinuses which was too minimal to be shown on the x-ray. It seems that you Eustachian tube gets blocked by inflammation which in turn blocks your ear causing different sound detection or tinnitus .

Surgery has complications but clinician weighs benefits over the risks and then decides what is better for the patient, sometimes surgery is not needed and sometimes there is no way to cure but surgery.

I would suggest you to keep using your medication and visit an ENT surgeon he may do some tests and will eventually decide what should be done and what can be the treatment options you have, You can also use home remedies till then like steam inhalation, warm drinks avoiding sour cold drinks etc. There is nothing to panic about you have to follow this problem closely though.

I hope this answers your question. If you have more questions, I am happy to answer.
Wish you lasting health.

Regards.

Dr.Saleha Saeed.
