Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of ringing in ear, loss of balance, lightheadedness, ear pressure can be most commonly due to Meniere's disease..
It can commonly occur due to causes like head injury, inner ear infection, excess alcohol intake, stress, side effects of medicines etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like MRI SCAN, Electrocochleography, Electronysthagmography,Caloric stimulation test can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised a low salt diet, avoiding sudden jerky movements of head, avoid bright lights, avoid driving and operation of heavy machinery if you are lightheaded and dizzy..
You can be advised medicines like Meclizine and Diazepam..
Diuretics can also advised to reduce fluid pressure in the inner ears..
Take ample of rest..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
