This noise you are suffering from can be TINNITUS. A few cases of tinnitus do appear with how you sit, your position when lying down, or on turning the head. The pressure on your muscles, nerves, or blood vessels, as well as change in the blood flow following these types of positions or movements, could also affect the intensity of your TINNITUS.
There is a connection between tinnitus and headache and symptoms go hand in hand with many type of headache disorders including
migraine and idiopathic
intracranial hypertension.
Some conditions that causes tinnitus:

Hearing loss (though not everyone with tinnitus has hearing issues)
- Exposure to loud noise
- Ear disease
- Ear or sinus infection
- Ear neck or head injury
- Ear wax buildup
- Hormonal imbalance
- Thyroid disorders
- Some medications including antibiotics, antidepressants, diuretics, cancer drugs, and very high dose of Aspirin can cause tinnitus sometimes
- Having trouble falling asleep, not getting enough sleep
Ways to treat tinnitus and improve sleep:
- Avoid too-quite bedroom- people with tennis may find it easier to sleep I less quit bedroom, and may benefit form white noise
- Practice mindfulness
meditation - it can help to reduce stress
-Exercises can help - Relaxation exercises can reduce the tinnitus and improve sleep pattern. - Deep breath
- Inhale for 4 seconds
- Hold your breath for 7 seconds
- Exhale for 8 seconds
- Repeat several times
- Limit use of earplugs
- Earwax removal - removing impacted earwax can decreased tinnitus symptoms
-Treating a blood vessel condition
- Change your medications if you are taking appearing to be the cause of tinnitus
- Noise suppression
- Medications such as -Tricyclic antidepressants such as
Amitriptyline and
Nortriptyline after prescription
- Alprazolam (after prescription) can also help you to reduce tinnitus symptoms
- Reduce your alcohol consumption
