What Causes Ringing Noise In Ear And Pain In Front Of Eyes And Head?

I AM 77 YEARS OLD, FIVE FOOT SIX AND APPROXIMATELY 116 POUNDS GIVE OR TAKE. FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS NOW (I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ANSWERS OR HELP) I HAVE SUFFERED FROM A NOISE (NOT RINGINS) IN MY RIGHT EAR WHEN I GO TO BED OR OTHERWISE LIE DOWN. SOMETIMES THERE IS PAIN IN THE FRONT OF THE HEAD AND BEHIND THE EYES. THE NOISE WILL SUBSIDE WHEN I GET UP BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A FEELING THAT IT MIGHT START AT ANY TIME. I DO NOT LIE DOWN DURING THE DAY SO AS TO AVOID THE ANNOYANCE. I HAVE HAD AN MRI ON THE BRAIN AND THE AUDIO SYSTEM BUT NOTHING APPEARED TO BE ABNORMAL. THE RIGHT EAR HAS ALWAYS GIVEN ME TROUBLE AND I SUSPECT THAT REPEATED BLOWS TO THE HEAD AND EARS AS A CHILD MAY HAVE CAUSED SOME KIND OF PROBLEM. HAVE YOU ANY OTHER IDEAS THAT MIGHT HELP ME. ALL THE DOCTORS I HAVE BEEN TO ARE LOST FOR AN ANSWER BUT I DO BELIEVE THERE IS ONE OUT THERE SOMEWHERE. THANKS
