Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Alivher tablets has two main indications. 1. Erectile dysfunction in male 2. Pulmonary arterial hypertension It causes headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea but as you have fever, it seems infectious and it doesn t cause infectious diarrhea. I would like to advise to continue your medications as the doctor may have prescribed it for the dangerous cause although has not been established in pregnancy but animal studies have shown no adverse effects on fetus i.e. it is category C. For fever, diarrhoea do stool R/E and start oral rehydration solution after every loose stool, antiemetic like metoclopramide and antibiotic (cefixime and metronidazole)after stool R/E confirnation.
