What Causes Rise In B.p After Starting Omelsar H, Ecosprin 75 And Promolet Xl?
I was put on 1 Tab Losar H 40 with Aten 25 after breakfast and 1 Tab Losar H 40 with Ecosprin 75 after dinner and my BP was within 140/80 and my feet/ankle edema subsided and I also lost weight. I met another Cardiologist who put me on Omlesar H 40 - 1 Tab after breakfast, 1 Ecosprin 75 in the afternoon, and 1 Tab Prolomet XL 50 after dinner. Now my BP has shot up to and stays around 170/100 and even higher. My Echo showed LV Hypertrophy, angiography showed 30% LAD and 50%-60% parallel artery plaque deposit. Kindly advice the cause of the higher BP now as compared to previous level with different medication. I also have dysfunctional diastolic. What should I do. This sudden jump in BP is making me anxious. Kindly advice. Thanks.
The new medicines belong to the same class as the previous ones This medicine is not the cause of the problem The dose and drug have to be tailored to every individual In difficult cases, one may need extensive investigations to find a contributing cause or complication…
Take care Good luck
