What Causes Rise In Heart Rate And Dizziness?

Hello!Iam 24 years old female, i have a problem with my morning heart beat. i dont actually know if its a problem or not...BUT my morning heart rate in bed its okey 60-70, but when im going out from the bed then it goes up straight over 110, and when im walking slowly and not even doing anything hard its over 120. I dont feel sick or anything, just sometimes when i stand up very fast i feel dizzy a little bit for a second.DURING THE DAY by the evening my heart beat goes low again, even if im walking very fast its not going over 100...i have a heart rate monitor and this is how im checking my heart rate..i need to do my medical assestment after two months and i need to get the morning heart rate down by then... Shall i start doing the cardio workouts in the morning instead if evening?

Hello,

Since you have rise in heart rate associated with dizziness when you are not in resting mode, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a cardiologist, get cardiac function tests done. Such symptoms can also be due to stressful lifestyle, anxiety, obesity, anemia, poor general health condition, thyroid issues, sinus tachycardia, etc. Maintain healthy weight if obese and quit addictions if any, Get lipid function tests, stress tests, echo, EKG, etc done to rule out any developing CAD.

You may be recommended to do few other blood tests to detect any other pathology that is causing you discomfort. After the reports are attained you will be treated accordingly, suggested diet and walking or exercises, etc. Till then avoid doing high intensity exercises as they may acutely increase heart rate and cause discomfort or trigger symptoms if you have any heart disease.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
