Hello and welcome to HCM,
Rise of transaminase and LDH levels in blood suggests liver related problem.
Transaminase levels rise in cases of injury to liver cells or hepatocytes.
LDH enzyme has various iso-enzymes which increase in diseases of liver, heart and brain.
Rise in LDH along with rise in transaminases suggests that there is some disease process in liver.
Liver function tests are required to know the status of other enzymes like alkaline phosphatase, gamma GT and 5-nucleotidase.
Cause of elevated transaninases will be determined after assessing all liver unction tests.

Thanks and take care
