What Causes Rolling Feeling In Chest And Throat While Having High BP?
I have been having a rolling type feeling in my upper chest/throat. When it happens I need to take a deep breath. Its been pretty constant all day. At times it kinda feels like my heart is thumping. I have not had any chest pains. I do have high blood pressure,I have been monitoring it for the last week or so. Any suggestions?
The rolling sensation in chest and throat may be part of alteration in blood pressure, pulse rate and rhythm or else. Though you are monitoring it over a week , I would suggest a primary physician work up for vital parameters with or without an EKG. At present, following measures will help you: - Consume salt restricted or salt free diet - Regular aerobics - Deep breathing exercises, meditations - YOGA - Avoid stress and anxiety - Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming
Remain in regular follow up with your doc for BP measurement and supportive care of any medications if recommended by him or her.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
