What Causes Rough Patch In The Mouth?

hi i have a rough patch in my mouth the cheek part right next to a canker sore that has been there for more than a week so im quite worried since i googled and it seems oral cancer is the only thing google is coming up with and i dont have any money for treatment.

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that this is not the cancer, but this could be fungal infection and this can be best treated with Povidone Iodine mouth application, hope this information helps.
