Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain chewing inside the mouth that can also involve sides of tongue can cause inflammation and roughness on the sides of the tongue leading to uncomfortable feeling and raw feeling is due to inflammation causing soreness..
Swollen feeling under the right side of jaw can be due to swollen and inflamed
lymph nodes..
In case if you have chewing habit you need to consult an Orthodontist and get evaluated and he can advise you mouth guards that will help in prevention of chewing inside mouth and will prevent soreness..
For pain and soreness under jaw get an
x ray or
MRI scan done for confirmation and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you can take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen and also do cool compresses over the sore areas under jaw..
For inside the mouth problem you can star gargling with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Suck ice and do cool water rinses..
Avoid spicy and sour foods..
Drink plenty of water..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
