What Causes Round Sores Under The Penis And Testicles?

I have these small round sores forming under my penis and on my balls, I ve also been experiencing a bit of pain in my urethra for these last two days. I haven t peed blood or seen any discharge, when I urinate it s almost as if something is slightly blocking the stream; it slightly burns and is uncomfortable when I ejaculate as well. And the sores have a slight burning sensation

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a surgeon. It can be some std. Also get urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. You may have some urine infections. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol.
