What Causes Rumbling Sensation In Chest Along With Pain Around The Nipple?
I have apain on my left side of my chest about 2 from the nipple area and 3 below the nipple area. it comnes and goes for the past 2 days and I can also feel a rumbling sensation around my chest area. I feel like I need the loo, number 2 but only passing wind. my bp is 167/95 and am 52 years old.

I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity may the cause of what the symptoms given here, if I would be the doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40m mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, and it has to be continued for three weeks hope this is information helps.
