General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,

there is 2 main possible reasons for this:
1. a viral infection which will take up t a week or 2, that will go away by itself.
2. allergys to pollen or dust or animal hair. If this persists there is special medication available like antihistamine pills an special nose sprays, your doctor knows about that.

Regarding your question what you can use for the sore nose: you can apply panthenol cream, also there is some over the counter nose spray available that contains aloe vera that can help your symptoms to ease.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
