What Causes Running Nose, Sneezing And Itching Of Eyes?

I have had a runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes and some coughing and tired all the time for about 3 months. I am taking an allergy pill daily, (cetirzine hydrochloride) My daughter, a pharmacist thought it might be my glacoma eye drops ( timolol maleate )so I stopped them for a week, but no change, then I stopped my colestoral meds, ( Atorvastatin, 40 mg ) for 10 days but that didn't help either. I a really tired of this condition and wonder what you think. Presently I am in AZ, but the last 5 weeks and summer and Fall were in MN.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of runny nose, sneezing and itchy eyes seems to be due to condition known as Allergic Rhinitis and can be due to allergic reaction to certain irritants like pollen, dust, animal danders while some people can also get reaction to trees, grasses etc..
You can consult an Allergist and get evaluated and he can advise you tests like Patch test, RAST test etc along with Eosinophil count to rule out the exact cause of allergic reaction and treat you accordingly..
The allergist can advise you anti allergics like Allegra or Levocetrizine, anti allergic and steroid nasal sprays..
You can also be advised Leukotriene inhibitors, Allergy shots known as Immunotherapy to relieve the symptoms..
Preventing exposure to allergen can be the best way..
