Can poop come out of your nose. My 3 year old has constipation issues and tonight his nosy is runny and poop is coming out. I was at work and came home to see it. Hello dear my opinion regarding your child symptoms are in line with an upper respiratory tract infections so I am suggesting you take him to do a throat swab test at the moment you can give him zinnat syrup to control any form of infection
