What Causes Runny Nose In The Morning?

Whenever I awake in the morning, my nose starts flowing and I get a number of sneezes a single time without getting stopped. And this only happens when I awake after sleeping whether after a night sleep or day sleep. Can you tell what is the true problem?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This may be a simple cold and basal congestion and as you sleep it remain stuck in your nose and after waking up as you change your posture to standing position it runs out of your nose avoid sleeping in too cold temperatures. If not relieved after five days visit a doctor for proper checkup and medications accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
