I have congestion and runny nose throughout day and night frequently. I have developed small, tiny blisters on the outer part of my nose, which are very uncomfortable. What causes these? I have been diagnosed with allergies to dust mites and mold, so I attribute the congestion and runny nose to the allergies.
As per your query you have tiny blister have been diagnosed with allergies to dust mites and mold . Well there symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like allergic reaction , dirt and oil get trapped in the pores, resulting in sensitive bumps , rosacea and eczema, can also cause pimple . Exposure to irritating substances like soap and chemicals are other reasons . But in your case the the symptoms are due to allergic reaction as you also mention in query . I would suggest you to stay away from allergens , take anti histamine like benadryl and keep yourself in moist environment . If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of the condition . Doctor may prescribe decongestant , anti allergic and corticosteroid ointment .
