What Causes Runny Nose, Watery Eyes And Chesty Cough?

hi, my name is bashka and I have very bad running nose since yesterday it is comming out from my nose like a water sometime I cant get tissue on time so it goes out like a drops. I have bad cough is well very strong chesty cough. And my wright eye is watering is well. I am not sure if I have swine flu.PLEASE ANSWER ME. TA

I went through your query and would like to make suggestions to you as follows:

1. I usually treat my such patients with levocetirizine, montelukast and levolin.

2. I would also suggest you to perform warm saline gargles.

3. If you don't have fever, please do not worry about swine flu or any other infection. Infections usually have fever.

4. Please try to avoid exposure to dusts, smokes and air pollution as much as possible.
