I have weird periods since going off birth control. I had some spotting/light period for about three days. I never have that. Then, two days later, I pass a sac-like discharge while urinating. I had no cramping, just an overall blah feeling. The sac had a clear/whitish bubble with a bright red cirle in it. It looked similar to a red kidney bean size and shape. What do you think it could be? It wasn't time for my period and I had a miscarriage years ago before I even knew I was pregnant. It came with a lot of bleeding but no cramping. This was similar to a light period.
