i ve always had sacral iliac pain since i was in my teens. i usually sometimes get it in the winter. for the most part its been manageable. i usually go to chiropractor, do exercises and warm or cold compress and it goes away. the other day i bent down to pick up my baby and it left me in so much pain i couldn t walk, get out of my car. i was do scared because it never hit me this hard. i took acetaminophen, warm compress and rest and it relieved it somewhat. what do you think it could be?
