What Causes Sacroiliac Joint Pain?

For last few days I have pain in my lower left close to sacroiliac. Coming at the evening / night . It is radiating to my back and stomach . First day analyzed what l eat . Sometimes milk cost little uncomfortable pain . I had coffe with milk that day ( normally I am taking black). Next day same pain . ( no milk product that day ) today same . Last 2 night l slept each night 2-3 hr.

this can be many reson..pain can be deu to mechanical or inflammatory. deu to sort hx most probably pain is deu mechanical back pain.there is no link between drinking milk and sacroiliac pain.sort course of analgasic and physical therapy will be enough. .
