What Causes Sagging In The Face And Trouble In Swallowing And Slurred Speech?

my husband had a fall march 12, no sign of stroke, he had a defibrillator put in april 6, came home on the 7th., no sign of stroke, april 11 he went into the hospital with pneumonia, out on the 14th., started showing signs of maybe a stroke, back to the dr. on the 18th. and then again on the 19th. they took x-rays on the 18th. no sign of having a stroke on the xrays but physically showing signs, left side of face was sagging, trouble swollering, left arm and hand no use of....slurred speach...pain in head....on the 19th, I insisted he have some kind of therapy...finally a visit from health nurse, speach therapy, physical therapy.....now my question is who can help him find out why this is happening and can they do anything for him

Well come to HCM
If this is because of stroke then physiotherapy is the only option you have and this need to be tried but if this is chronic condition then this may not response but still keep trying for this, hope this information helps, take care.
