What Causes Sagging Of Left Testicle And Pain?

Almost 5 days now slowly seeming to get worse.. Things just look terribly off as one testicle(left) sags much lower than the other, and feels quite numb, wet, fluidlike, making me think of hydrocele, but with slight pain that is pretty consistent, sometimes tingling, sometimes stinging. Been having nausea and have felt quite uncomfortable, having barely moved from laying in bed to sitting in bed the past few days. I have had a lot of fatigue, loss of appetite, and yet sleeplessness. The skin at the bottom of my penis connected to my scrotum seems pulling to the left? If that makes sense.. Also have noticed the last few times peeing that my right testicle pops near side-by-side with the left. No blood in pee. Neither seem swollen, just out of place, although left could be some sort of swollen.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to several causes.

For further assessment you may require ultrasound doppler scrotum after urologist consultation.

You may require detailed evaluation by urologist to rule out hydrocele/varicocele.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Use scrotal support.

Avoid strenuous activity

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
