What Causes Sagging Of Testicles?

Hi. I am 33 and lately I have observed my testicles are sagging a lot. There is no other alarming symptom at all. I live in a very hot climate but mostly I am in airconditioned environment from office to home and car. I dont know what has made them hang so much... How can I have a tighter scrotum?

Hot Climate causing Sagging of Testes.
Dear,This is normal response from testes to keep the cool.
As you don't have any other complaint,you should not worry about it.
Still to resolve your anxiety due to it,I would suggest Check up with Gp doctor/Surgeon/Urologist and rule out Varicoceles,which needs to be kept in mind.
