What Causes Salty Taste On Lips Along With Fainting?

Hi I have been experiencing a salty taste on my lips for several months I have also fainted on several occasions twice whilst my daughter was present she said that I was fitting whilst passing out could these two things be related.? I have mentioned my fainting to my go but they have always said they are not concerned about the fainting

Hello.You should have blood sugar and and blood pressure checked at least at three different occasions. Sugar should be checked best in the morning fasting condition. These may be less than normal. If these are normal then should do a carotid Doppler ultrasound and see a physician as soon as possible. Hope that answer the question. Thanks
