What Causes Sarcoidosis Of The Bone?

I have been diagnosed as having sarcoidosis of the bone marrow and it s not allowing my blood cells to mature and along with a very large spleen, I was wondering if a new developement of my body which is losing my saliva to dribble from my mouth while just using the computer? Could it be something like Guillain Barre symdrom?
