What Causes Scabs Around The Urethral Opening Post Circumcision?

Hi My 4 year old got circumcised 2 weeks ago due to medical issues. It wasn t a normal procedure as the foreskin was completely grown closed so the dr did tell us that the wound would be big. Now the head is covered with a scab closing the pee hole every now and again. I have to put him in a bath to get the pee hole opened. What can I do to get the scab off?

Scab as per your description ,should be a part of wound healing.
Just wait and watch for another week .
Watch for any pus or unusual discharge if any.
