What Causes Scaly And Itchy Skin On The Back While Suffering From Fever?

I just am recovering from a bout of Diarrhea with body aches, fever and am still suffering from some stomach distress. This morn ing I found myself with several large scale areas on my back that itch appearing to be hives. I have never had these before. Is it possible to two are related?

Yes, these two findings can be related to each other.

If you have viral gastritis than rash can be due to viral infection.

You need to be given rabeprazole and levocetirizine. It will mostly relieve your mentioned symptoms.
