What Causes Scanty Blood Flow Post An Abortion?
Hello doctor, Before 10 days I had an abortion in doctor supervision,and i went to post abortion scan 2days before, she told me that some patical of embroye which is 1.3mm thikness still exist in my woomb....and she prescribed phexin 10 tablets 2/day, cytolog 10 tablets 3/day and she told put cytology in vagine. Untill i have used 5 tablets of phexin and 7 tablets of cyloloy from last 3days... Each day i can see only 10-12 drops of bleeding...i expected heavy bleading even with mtp kit also i had modretly bleeding but now seeing this results iam so scared....is it leads to dnc...

Understand your concern
As USG scan suggest some particle embryo is remained after the abortion treatment.
It will does not cause heavy bleeding. It will come in scanty bleeding in next 4-5 days after using cytotec and phexin prevent the infections.
So do not worry.
Repeat the USG scan after 7 days to check the status and retain product.
Take proper rest, eat healthy diet with iron supplements.
