What Causes Scanty Menstrual Bleeding While On Femilon?

Hi Doctor, I have completed second cycle of femilon tablet and i got periods now. I didn t get normal periods bleeding flow. Even second day of periods also getting spotting only. Is anything problem? And i thought to take letrozole tablet for my pregnancy. Today second day of periods so i should take letrozole but i didnt get normal flow. Is anything problem if i take letrozole tablet now. Plz advice me.

Hello,

The period is light probably by the use of contraception pills. If it is scanty probably there is a vaginal infection and a vaginal smear should be done. You can use Letrozole as adviced by your doctor.
