What Causes Scanty Menstrual Bleeding?

hello doctor, i m 39 years old and my son turns to two. i need to have a second kid. usually my period comes every 28 days but for the last 4 or 5 months it comes within 25 days. but now it comes by 26 days and stopped immediately and i m so worried. could it be a sign of menopause?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Hormonal changes is the main cause for this and at this age there will be alterations in your hormones and as the menopause attains at 40 to 45 the symptoms will start early for some women. So dont worry and its always better to have a ultrasound pelvis done to rule out possible causes.
