What Causes Scanty Menstrual Bleeding?

I started my period around the normal time but I have no need for pads. I m only bleeding during urination, heavy flow, now after 4 days light. Almost like a normal flow just while urinating and nothing in between. This has never happened before. I ll be 43 this year and have two children, 2 1/2 & 23 years. Should I be concerned or wait to see if next month things normal again?

Hi I think you should wait for the next periods. If it happens again, consult a gynecologist for complete examination. It may be a premenopausal symptom also. So, just see if it happens again or not. Hope it helps.
