What Causes Scanty Periods And Blocked Fallopian Tubes?

hi im 29 years old, i got married before 2 years, still i not conceived, i had TB, i got treatment for 6 month and after that there is scanty periods for me, my doctor told me to take HSG, the result is "spill of contrast media of the right fallopian tube is seen and faint spill of contrast media of the left fallopian tube.... i cant able to understand the meaning that is which tube is blocked, i want to conceive, and my scanty periods should be clear, pls advice me.

Scanty periods and blocked tube in your condition can be due to tuberculosis, which causes adhesions, but still you can conceive with artificial reproductive techniques.
