What Causes Sclerosing Mesenteritis?
Hi, I ve been recently diagnosed with sclerosing mesenteritis. I ve been ridiculed at work (by coworkers) for my frequent sick days and bathroom visits. I still feel I can perform my job with little issues/delay however I d like to somehow get a note from my GI specialist explaining this.. when I mentioned this, I was treated like a high schooler asking for a pass to get out of class. Advice?

I really appreciate your concern, such disease of abdomen need to be taken care properly which disturbs routine even it is trouble some, infection need to be ruled out first, may needs some investigations hope this information helps.
