What Causes Scrotal, Penis, Thigh And Buttock Itching And Burning Sensations?

Thank You,Doc!2005 December I made love to my then wife and after a week I started experiencing burning itchiness all over my scrotum, penis, thighs and buttocks area. I took some antibiotics and applied some topical creams but the relief was for just a while. Though the intensity of the itchiness have decreased over the years, it remains albeit localized. What got me worried is that I made love again to my new wife and she have started itching around her thighs. I have had a clean bill of health after taking many tests including HIV, Hepatitis and others. What the hell (excuse my language) is wrong with my body? What do I do?
