What Causes Scrotum Itching, Penis Spot And Itching With A Stomach Rash?

my balls have been itching the last couple of days and I went to the doctor today to get looked at. I had protected sex 12 days prior but the condom broke. I have one small red spot from itching at the base of my penis. The doctor said that it wasnt an STD but I had her test me for the gambit of STD. Any ideas what it could me? Im am worried it is Herpes after reading things on the net. Also just recently I have broken into a small rash on my stomach that looks like a reaction to something. Possibly I am just freaking myself out?

Herpes causes severe burning, rather than itch. I guess the guess is merely due to fungal infection. So, stop worrying. Check blood sugar and get the area checked by doctor for confirmation.
