Seizure after hemi paresisischemic stroke happens with many patients due to the scaring happening to the affected dead brain tissue as well disturb electrical activity due to scaring at affected brain tissue level. Pain could be due to the same resion or increase tention in CSF and brain tissue or increase blood pressure. Due to this the normal brain tissue along with affected brain part and associated area will also be disturb so that the movement of legs and hands will be lost which is getting controlled by the same area of brain. Treatment is keep checking blood pressure regularly and consult your doctor on medication if it remains high. As well patient also need to take anti seizure drugs along with some more medication as per neuro physician guideline. And continue physio therapy for further rehabilitation.
