What Causes Seizures Along With Light Headedness And Lower Back Pain?

I am trying to find our why I was admitted to the hospital with stroke like symptoms after experiencing a horrible headache, passing out for a long period and having a seizure. I still have difficulty walking, get light headed and have a lot of pain in my lower back and legs along with some n umbness and tingling in my legs and feet;

In seizure you are to be admitted. As observation by doctor is most confirmative diagnosis. during the seizure if doctor observe and confirm the diagnosis, then other investigation like MRI brain and EEG is to be done
