Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a 31 year old male friend who is travelling in China. With others and rushed to a hospital for: seizure, convulsion, foaming at mouth. Some memory loss, hospital 2 hours away, hear a second seisure. Now at a hospital for scans. He has no previous bad health issues. Very healthy young man, active (actor). My first thought was brain tumor. Friends there do not have access to google. So doing some research of possible causes for serious event. What else besides tumor could cause these symptoms (doesn t have epilepsy, no stroke symptoms) Any thoughts to pass on to them?
