What Causes Seizures And Sleep Paralysis?

So since I was in 7th grade (now 11th grade) I ve been having these attacks. I went to a doctors appointment with my mom today and asked her doctor what he thought after I explained the symptoms and he said it may be seizures but he s not 100% sure because he didn t study that stuff as much as others. But anyways I get light headed, hot, tired, weak, and I pass out. My friend said when I do that I shake bad. And i have sleep paralysis I guess to he said. Because when I fall asleep then I wake up but not fully and I can see everything around me but I can t breathe, talk , or move.
