General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for writing.
Its a case of head injury with concussion trauma to brain...SAH us present so there is pressure on brain and seizures are presenting symptoms for SAH or any other traumatic brain injuries.
Since it doesn't appear a case of extra dural OR SUB DURAL HAEMORHHAGE SO THE PATIENT must be treated in IcU care under strict supervision of neuro physician and neuro surgeon.
I recommend to shift patient to ICU at the earliest.
Thanks
Hope I answered ur questions.
