Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Brain changes associated with autism also contribute to seizures. These differences in brain development appear to cause changes in the activity of brain nerve cells, or neurons. The examination that should be done to confirm the cause of this seizures is electroencephalogram. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
