What Causes Semen Discharge After Urination?
Hi doctors . I have a problem about my semen leakage. My semen leak when I do release urine . this happen like some drops of urine and then semen then some drops of water then again seman. This happens every time when I release urine and I am experiencing pain in my tasticles also. I do hand practice .

Consult a urologist and get evaluated.
We have to rule out possible causes like spermatocele.
An ultrasound scan of the scrotum will be useful.
