i am 45 years old man, got married for the last 20 years having three children. my problems that for the last 15 years i am suffering from semen leaking during sleeping. due to which now i am feeling much weakness and can not satisfy to my partner, its a very shame for me, some time i release before entercourse, my penis is also weak, soft no hard. it is mentioned here that unfortunately i did musterbation. please advise me what i do, thanks

Usually passage of seven in sleep can be normal unless you are having burning sensation in paying urine or fever or any other urinary problems.

Also stress can cause the same and sleeping disorders.

You will not become weak with loss if seven. Those are all myths. Kindly be free of tension in this matter.

You can consult a Psychiatrist if you feel stressed and also is disturbed and also sexual counselling can be sought.
