What Causes Semen Leakage During Night ?
I am a man having semen leakage during night while sleeping. After urine and while peeing (going for toilet) . I am not a smoker not a liquor drinker . I don t have mastuburation . I feel tired , backbone pain. It is happening continues .. Kindly give me a idea to stop this

take urethral smeartest. it can be prostitis. prostatic massage fluid can be tested. if infection is confirmed then systemic antibiotic can be given.
