What Causes Semen Leakage During Urination?

Recently, I have been taking medications for depression and lack of attention. For the first one, Bupropion and for the second one, Atomoxetine. Recently, I believe I have a problem with urination. My semen comes out whenever I want to urinate. This makes it very hard as the pipe gets blocked by the semen. What can I do for now? Are there any ways of solving this problem? What is the reason of it? And, is it dangerous?

I really appreciate your concern, first of all this is not the problem neither this is disease of any kind, this is not the sperm, and this may not block the urethra, this is not danger, the mucus like fluid that you have noticed may be seminal fluid no need to apply force at the time of defecation or voiding, no need to worry about this, take care.
