What Causes Semen Like Discharge In Urine And Redness On The Glans?

I went to the restroom and when i looked down i noticed a sperm like discharge from my penis, it didnt smell and was not painfull iv never had it before. I am sexually active, and have a very very very small red dot on the head of my penis that i also just noticed.. Any idea of what this might be??

Understand your concern.
Following are the causes of your problem:

STD is most common in sexually active men. It occur at any age.

Following are the STDs disease
1. Syphilis
2. Gonorrhoea
3. Herpes
4. Human papiloma virus
5. Chlamydia
6. Hepatitis
7. Gonorrhea
8. HIV
9. Balanitis
10. Hygiene problem
11. Contavct dermatitis
12. Urethritis

It is transmitted through oral, vaginally and anal sex.
After infection symptoms occur with in 2-14 days.

For diagnosis you have to consult doctor and do testing for STDs:
1. Gram stain and culture, ELISA TEST
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra,
3. Urine routine and microscopic examination
4. Blood: CBC. ESR

Doctor may give
1. Drugs:
Cetriaxone 500 mg Intra mascular stat and Azithromycin 1 gram stat,
Clotrimazole creams can be used

2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection
3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
4. Maintain hygiene after sex
5. If fever: Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg BD
6.Tablet cetrizine 5 mg BD orally
