What Causes Sensation Of Gushing Blood In Esophagus?

I am 31 year old male, about 186 cm and 103 kg. I have had for some time now this sensation in my esophagus or in the middle of my chest, just above my stomach like a gushing of blood, it's hard to explain but it feels like there is clogged pump and all the sudden it clears and blood gushes forward.
I am not in pain or anything but I wonder what this is, I am struggling with anxiety, could this be anxiety related?
